A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood / April 2013
I helped research and edit this feature story on St. Louis’ most livable neighborhoods, highlighting what to do, see and eat throughout the day in each. This feature grew out of ALIVE’s mission to highlight all that the St. Louis area has going for it, and provide a valuable tool to anyone new to town or wanting to get to know their surroundings a little better.
I pulled together the demographics for an “At a Glance” info box about each featured neighborhood, and curated a “Proud Locals” sidebar bringing in the voices of residents from nearby communities. I ran a #LoveMyHoodSTL social media contest along with the feature as well, to help boost exposure.
